All international orders are shipped via tracked courier service and require signature upon delivery. International shipping rates do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient (see below).

International Taxes & Duties

Customers outside of Australia are responsible for any import taxes, duties, and customs fees incurred upon delivery. These charges depend on the destination country.

In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We are unable to provide a refund for your order if you refuse to pay any incurred taxes and duties. If your parcel is returned to us, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the order value. Fleuraison is not liable for any loss or damage incurred through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will be fulfilled once the item is available. Please refer to the product description for the estimated dispatch date. Pre-orders can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, refunds are not possible. Once dispatched, pre-order items are eligible for returns as per our Returns Policy.

To reduce our environmental footprint, we aim to ship all items in one delivery. If your order contains pre-order and in-stock items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are available. If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, please contact us to arrange a split shipment.

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of order. Please review the order details carefully before you make payment. If you have entered the address incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible and quote your order number.

If the order has already been dispatched, you will be charged a Return to Sender fee as well as an additional shipping fee to resend the parcel.
