Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. Please take care to read the ingredients list before purchasing in case of any skin sensitivities or allergies.

If you experience an allergic reaction, we can offer a refund or store credit provided that a return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order and approved by us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will provide a replacement.

Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges if:

  • You simply change your mind, or enter the incorrect address. Please review your order details carefully at checkout.

  • You refuse to pay any incurred import taxes or duties on orders delivered outside of Australia.

To request a return, please contact us. You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit. If you select Exchange or Store Credit, return shipping is free.

  • Refund — You will be refunded to your original form of payment, excluding shipping charges (if applicable). 

  • Exchange — You can exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value. 

  • Store Credit — You will receive the item total (excluding shipping charges) as a gift card to use on future purchases.

Fleuraison is not liable for any loss, damage or duties/taxes incurred during return shipment. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance.
