Products

  • We offer mini sizes of our products in our Full Bloom Discovery Kit. From time to time, we invite members of our Inner Circle to test new formulations. To join our community and become a tester, sign up here.

  • Our products are consciously formulated for oily and acne-prone skin types. We only use ingredients known to be non-comedogenic, meaning they are unlikely to clog pores. However, individual sensitivities can vary, and our products may not be suitable for everyone. Please read the ingredients list carefully and conduct a patch test on a small area first. If you’re unsure whether a product is right for you, please get in touch.

  • All of our products are free from ingredients that feed Malassezia yeast (including fatty acids, esters and fatty alcohols). However, our products may not be suitable for everyone.   • Our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use animal-derived ingredients, and are committed to working with ethical suppliers.

  • Some natural ingredients contain trace allergens. Please note that we do not add allergens to our formulations. Any allergens listed are naturally occurring components of essential oils. Although present in very trace amounts, it is a regulatory requirement for all allergens to be disclosed to ensure transparency and safety.

  • Apply a small amount of the product to the inside of your arm. Observe for any signs of redness or irritation. If no adverse reactions occur after 24 hours, the product can be safely used. In case of irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

  • Our mailers, boxes and post cards are 100% plastic-free and made from recyclable or compostable materials. Please reuse your packaging or place it into your curbside recycling or home compost bin.

    Our bottles are partially recyclable. Remove any rubber or plastic components and place the glass bottle in your curbside recycling bin.

Ordering

  • Click the shopping bag icon at the top right-hand corner of our website. Click the "Checkout" button to proceed to checkout. Fill out your delivery details and select your payment method. If you need assistance, please contact us.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Stripe.

  • If you have a discount code, add your items to the shopping cart as usual and enter the code at checkout. Please note that there may be minimum purchase amounts for some discount codes.

  • As our products are made-to-order in small batches, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Returns

  • Please see our Shipping page for shipping charges. Note that customers outside of Australia are responsible for any import taxes, duties, and customs fees incurred upon delivery. We are unable to provide estimates for any customs fees as these charges depend on the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

  • If you receive a defective product or experience an allergic reaction to our product, you are eligible for a refund or store credit provided that a return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order and approved by us. See our Returns Policy for more information.
